Excellent report. Brought back memories of our winter trip last year.
A great time to go if you don't mind the cold weather... certainly don't have to worry about crowds of tourists. ^

Nice. I haven't been to Budapest since summer of 1994. It was quite a dirty city at that time (ppl still drove the Trabant version) and quite alot of prostitution. Still the public spa was excellet. Looks like it would be worth another visit. Don't like Tokaji?

I only had one true tokaji. Can you recommend a good tokaji bar?
