Excellent report. How sad of AF. The F service on AF is also not very great.

My experience of AF F is not good. I travelled in AF F many times with my mate Paul Tucker, when we were touring the globe selling out 80,000 seater stadiums as the Lighthouse Family. I remember the food being very poor. Anyway, here is a picture of me and my mate, Paul Tucker, waiting to get into the AF F lounge in CDG. I think whoever's job it was to open the lounge that day slept in.

I had a lovely curried beef curtains dish when I flew LH in February from FRA to ORD. I find LH food to be very nice on the whole. Much better than most other European carriers anyway.

I wish I had that rather than the well-done lamb.

Something was surely lost in translation... or my knowledge of beef is simply insufficient.

You've never had beef curtains? Served with carpet peas it's a real treat!

What is your favourite airline in F? Thanks.

It's not only the meat and tomato on AF that looks awful. It's the plain green lettuce. Their meals on Y last summer on long haul were good. I wonder if they cut also in Y.
