Just had a call with Austrian about my luggage since I haven't received it. They told me that they have sent it to ZRH on Monday. So it should be in ZRH and is staying there or someone else took it home. They contacted ZRH and told them what to do.

Today I went to the airport to pick up my luggage. Normally I let them send it home but since it didn't happen anything for almost a week I changed my mind. I was anyway close to the airport so it wasn't a large detour.
At the airport they told me that a customs declaration was missing and they sent me an email. Never got that email (also checked spam folder). At the airport it was a matter of minutes and I had my luggage in my hand. Walked through customes and was out. |

Re. op-ups, I've had mine since late last year and scored one LX opup and one LO opup in the first couple of trips. Nothing since, but I haven't used it much either. |

In addition, SWISS will reimburse your expenses for hotel accommodation, transport and meals as well as the costs for the train journey totalling EUR 443.92 as a gesture of goodwill. |
