True. High status can help but wasn't that helpful in Vienna because everyone was in just one Zoo. Lounge staff wasn't helpfull either. It is just the complete contrast to Frankfurt when I was rebooked to another flight in minutes. There was a desk inside the lounge und they were very helpful to find a solution.

Just had a call with Austrian about my luggage since I haven't received it. They told me that they have sent it to ZRH on Monday. So it should be in ZRH and is staying there or someone else took it home. They contacted ZRH and told them what to do.

Today I went to the airport to pick up my luggage. Normally I let them send it home but since it didn't happen anything for almost a week I changed my mind. I was anyway close to the airport so it wasn't a large detour.

At the airport they told me that a customs declaration was missing and they sent me an email. Never got that email (also checked spam folder). At the airport it was a matter of minutes and I had my luggage in my hand. Walked through customes and was out.

Re. op-ups, I've had mine since late last year and scored one LX opup and one LO opup in the first couple of trips. Nothing since, but I haven't used it much either.

I got answer from Swiss.

So Swiss is paying me back almost 700 Euro. I'm more than happy. I exprected I have to fight for the 250 Euro compensation but it is not the case.
