Great stuff as usual Daniel. Great pics from your drone of Venice and the Slovenian countryside.

Never been big on traveling to Italy, but those Venice pics are making me rethink...

Thanks, adampenrith. Yes, a very pretty part of the world.

Yes, can definitely do alot worse than horse meat! A lot leaner and healthier than beef too.

Many thanks, krazykanuck. Yes, seems to be quite a capable small jet, I would have thought it was an Embraer or a Bombardier if I was a little less of an avgeek.

Thank you, SQTraveller. It was great visiting the same places as the locals visit, since the food and wine prices were quite reasonable too.

Thank you, fotographer. Travelling to new places often excites and overwhelms my senses so can't help but take too many photo's to remember it by!

Cheers, UAL250. Yes, I was a bit cynical of Venice at first, with it being such a tourist hot spot and part of the reason why it has taken me so long to visit. I was pleasantly surprised though, and it quite pleasurable to just wander around and take in, especially in the off peak winter season.

Hey Daniel,
Did you pre-register your drone for flying or have any time of insurance in croatia? Were making a trip in Sept but need to figure out what to we need to do.

I am registered here to fly in Dubai but as I only had a short stay transit I did not do similar for Croatia.
