I wish I understood this concept from people better. I have to respectfully disagree with your statement, however. There is no constitutional right to board an airplane without being searched. Part of the deal you make when you purchase an airline ticket is that you will be subject to search under Federal law when entering a secure area of an airport terminal, or when boarding the airplane. You can avoid this search by choosing an alternate method of transportation.

on GUM-HKG, there were probably 40 pax on 757. half of the people got searched.

it's good to hear that they are hiring nicer TSA. but what a waste of $2.50 on such a route, and such totally 'irrelevant' pax
