I've never flirted with a pax, not my style (unless of course I luck out & have Matthew McConaughey on a flight.)
My male pax are usually pleasantly suprised when they see me on there flights. They ask why I'm not working for CO/EX - because they think I'm so young, LOL

I have been accused of flirting with members of this Board however. Does that count?

Just curious, did a search on this forum and could find anything - how many of you FLIGHT ATTENDANTS flirt around with passangers on a flight and how far did you or would you take things :-)

Well, a CO FA once asked me my age, shoe size, and to marry her, in that order. Does that count?

My cousin has been an FA for 14 years. They majority of the FA's she flies with (sfo-europe and sfo-hawaii routes) are old enough to be her grandmother. She claims flirting is merely a game she plays to relieve the stress and boredom. Don't flatter yourselves too much, guys

She wasn't a flight attendant, but I did meet my wife when she sat in front of me on an SFO-EWR flight a few years back. Finding a reason to chat with the gorgeous woman sitting in the row ahead is MUCH harder than when she's sitting next to you, but it was definitely worth it.

FA's flirting with the pilots? NO NEVER! That never, ever, ever happens. Hookups between the FA's and pilots? That doesn't happen either, never. Wild nights of unbridled ecstacy on long overnights? Nope, that doesn't happen either. Gate agents wanting a little preboarding action? Nope, not that either.
Can you just feel the sarcasm?
FA's get flirted with by the pax all the time. And all the time they squirm in fear and disgust because some freaky passenger wants them. Especially 'cause that is their "route" and they fly it all the time.

By the way, I resent the reading/flying comment. I did just get my drivers license now that I look 16. I really enjoy those fathers/mothers take their kids to work days... they let me fly the plane too!

not flirting, but I have gotten tons of pity
I took in may as a healthy snack alternative some of my favourite buttermilk with me in the backpack..all went fine, but when I wanted to drink it in the 30 minutes I waited inside the plane before takeoff..I discovered it ran out. So the 2 young, goodlooking, male flight attandents on Lufthansa first brought me a ton of paper towels, and then he told me I have enough time to go to the bathroom and clean up. Later on I gotten a bunch of duty free bags for the stuff in the backpack, the backpack (boy was this thing smelly) and whenever they walked by they asked if all is ok..never gotten so often more water and such offered!

Do you have to do the flirting and dating on the plane for it to count? Because of the whole seniority-based systems, the FA's with least years are furloughed first. Young FA's with lots of time on their hand. Fun.

more likely if u sit in the back and travel in asia. FA age determines how likely it wil happen. young people are more adventurous.
some of my ex-colleagues had lots of lucks
