CHALK AIRLINES
If you can call this an airline. Has anyone else flown on this silly joke of an imititation airline. They won't allow you to take anything at all on board, and the security checks, if you can call it that, were just not in place. the horrific part is that anyone could have smuggled anything on to the planes going to or from nassau (where I spent a few days) and no one checked my shoes, my computer (without the computer bag), my pockets, nothing. If this is what 9/11 has brought us, heaven help us all.
i invite all of you have had this kind of experience to let me know.
have a good one folks

Regarding Chalks....
Most of their flights are very short anyway so not carrying on board anything shouldn't be much of an issue. I'm sure they'd let you take a book or camera bag on board, just probably not a regulation-size rollaboard. They fly seaplanes, much different deal than the average airliner. They do have regular security checks when they fly into actual airports, such as FLL. Otherwise, they are just pulling up onto a driveway coming out of the water to disgorge passenger. Also as far as the security checks... they are flying small aircraft. There are larger general aviation aircraft sitting at airports with zero security or people around.
