SteveM, what is the proper way to do that? When I renewed in early 1999, I called because the renewal form did not have a checkbox or any other place to request the 48-page size. I was told to "just put a note in with the application asking for 48 pages". About 15 days later, the new PP shows up, with 24 pages.....

Did they just lose the note, or is there another (correct) procedure? Thanks!
