British Airways Business class crew
I forgot to mention that my sister who flew British Airways Business from New York to London and back said that while the crew were VERY NICE to London it was a different case BACK to New York. When she asked a steward if he could help her take down her carry on bag from the bin, he told her "NO ITS NOT MY JOB." She said she ATE A LOT but the food was SO SO. And her advice ask for a FORWARD FACING SEAT and AVOID the REVERSE SEATS!In addition she had DIFFICULTY sleeping in the seat which turns into a bed.
