Of course QL, you're a professional in everyone's books. Great lines, great memory, great report, great laughs. Thanks again.

"and Hunnybear complimented him and United in general on their new diligence in collecting upgrade certificates."

Hunnybear - Can I borrow that?

"If United hired Tom Peters to design a plan to alienate their best customers he couldn’t do a better job than they’re doing right now."

Something needs to give soon. UA is bleeding money. Rumor is rampant that Goodwin is going down (no doubt 100% due to Koko's campaign).

Great writing, very enjoyable. And just got back from Seattle myself, so I was right there with you, pigs and all.

Especially liked references to your "seat opponent." That's a good one.

Really enjoyed the tails. Can't remember the last time I was upgraded to an Escort.

Alaska has provided tablecloths on my last few trips, but they have all been the ORD/ANC flights... with the exception of some Yakuat, Juneau and Cordova flights that weren't long enough to warrant anything other than drinks and bags of nuts.
