Shadow..When I come back from NRT-BKK-SIN We have to check out my favorite beach....1/2 mile from my house in Jupter, Fl. I also love Negril, Jamaica and Accra Beach, Barbados...there are some many fine beaches in Bonaire too! PHi-Phi Island off the coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea and my all time favorite Vagador Beach in Goa, India

For easy access and closer to home, there is the Ritz-carlton and JWMarriott in Cancun. Hot, white POWDERY COOL sand, and enough luxury to spoil you. With enough $$ left over for another trip.

I second Cancun for anyone living in North America it's close and can't be beat.
A bit pricey but then again you get what you pay for, and it certainly no worse (price wise) than the murkey French Riviera. Not to mention that the Mexicans are a great people with a lot of wormth and hospitality!
The only other place I could recomend is Cuba, but then Mr Bush might not let you go, which is kinda ironic since the US is "The freest country in the world" at least that's what all the school teachers thought me when I was living in the States.

Oh, we can go, but we just can't let our government know. Although, I am certain, that you can meet a lot of our government officials there! Like Rep. Maxine Waters, etc.

I spent a fabulous week on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia. Check out Noosa Heads. www.sheratonnoosa.com.au. If this doesn't suit, do a search on the Sunshine Coast.

Couldn't agree more about Noosa. I was there in September for the third time, though I stayed with friends. Great beaches, a nice national park with koalas (you have to look really hard, but they're out there), and there's actually an airport just a few minutes away (Maroochydore) that Ansett and Qantas fly into. I flew in on Qantas last time and we were the only commercial flight on the ground.
