BOS-IAH

Last minute change on my travel plan premits me to go home one night earlier I got the 7:05pm flight to IAH on CO. Next, I'll rate this flight from check-in to baggage claim, 5 stars being the best and 1 star being the worst.

Check-in: Was able to check-in the traditional way, since the E-service machines were occupied, no wait at all 3/5

Boarding: A little to hectic, can't believe there are so many Elites, people were flooding the gate, the Gate Agent did nothing to stop this nonsense, I guess everyone wanted to go home 2/5

Turmac: We could not take off due to the lovely traffic of BOS and weather of IAH. Sat on the turmac for about half an hour, didn't take off until 7:40pm 2/5

In-flight service: This is a 4 hour flight, I thought we are getting some kind of in flight movie or something, but just remembered this is a 737-300 Alot of turbulence, felt like riding roller coaster at times, Pilot was cool to inform us of the situation, and apologized for the turbulence. 3/5

Baggage Claim: Finally touched down at 11:17pm 1 hour late , Plane parked at the gate quiet quickly, however, had to wait for the baggage claim, good thing my luggage has a Priority Handling on it or I could have waited longer. 2/5

Parking: Parked at Ampcos, the bus got here very quickly, driver was very friendly and got out of the parking lot in less than 30 mins, 4/5

EUA: Oh and one more thing, forget about the EUA on CO, I saw a Plat who sat next to me at 17 A, now I am 1 for 4 after the EUA

But I don't care about FC, as long as I am home

Welcome home, Al.

Have you shared your EUA scorecard at the CO forum?
