Check-in and boarding: Check-in was quick and efficient. Even though it was going to be a full flight, the queue was minimal
since all the check-in counters were open. The agent was friendly and even made sure that my BA Executive Club number was
on my boarding pass. Boarding was orderly and the flight left on-time (10/10).
In-flight: Even though the flight time was less than one hour, the flight attendants (FA) made sure each passenger was offered a
beverage and a pack of pretzels. The FAs were friendly and quite attentive. The cabin was clean and in good repair though
the seats were a bit uncomfortable (8/10).
Arrival: The flight arrived 15 minutes early. Passengers deplaned in an orderly fashion (4/5).
Overall impression: Efficient, well-run flight (22/25).

Ooops, forgot to state the minor delay in deplaning the passengers. We were held up at the gate for a few minutes (unexplained).
