Thanks! Strange though, as for me the TK A319 has loads of legroom compared to the A333... Strange, isn't it?

Looks like that is the 4th version of TK's Y amenity kit tins.
Did you also get menus and slippers too ? I had seen someone took TK Y out of HKG, there are slippers in addition to amenity kits. Not sure if it is just for Asia routes though.

Mmmm, looks good! I flew TK Y RT IAD-IST 3 years ago and was impressed with the food then as well. In my opinion TK's economy catering, put on a nicer plate with some garnishes, is many airlines' J catering.
My gripe with the 333 is the IFE boxes. They are the scourge of the earth, destroyer of legroom. If the 319 had the same pitch as the 333, but no IFE boxes, legroom would be fine.
Amenity kit contents look the same as back when I flew. For the poster mentioning slippers, I think that must be for the Asian routes - it was socks for us.

I disagree. It depends on the config. My A330 experiences on LX and TK have been fantastic. The AB A330 config is far too cramped though. 2-4-2 seating is also preferable to 3-3-3 seating (B777) for most folks although AA's 2-5-2 seating on its 772s is not bad.
