The Lounge at SJU
Not sure where else to put this, but this is a new (well, refurbished and renamed) lounge, and the only lounge other than the Admirals Club at SJU. Accessible via Priority Pass, opened in May 2014. Haven't seen any other reviews or photos of it here, so am posting some now.
It's located just past security, and you take an elevator up. After you get out of the elevator, you have to walk down a narrow and somewhat dim hallway to get to the lounge, whose door announces itself with a purple glow you can spot from halfway down that dark hallway. Better food and drink selection than the Admiral's club, though the quality is nothing to write home about. It was very spacious and pretty empty when I visited, and the staff were very friendly, and seemed very excited about this new lounge. The food tray was empty for a bit, but other than that they seemed to replenish food and drinks pretty often.

I was at this lounge May 31st and can attest to the fact that it was far superior to the AC (I visited both). The staff were friendly, mentioned it was a former UA lounge, but I think he meant it was the former Copa lounge.
The food was decent, pasta, chips and salsa. Again, more than you'll get at the AC that's for sure. The alcohol selection is good. Several bottled beers and mid-shelf liquor. Overall, a very good showing for SJU, I'm glad they opened a separate lounge from the AC (it is about a 5 min walk from the AA concourse).

The lounge looks pretty nice. Definitely more trendy than the AC. I was at the AC last November and it was comfortable, but also a little dated. Better than the terminal, yes; but showing its age. Kind of 80s.
Nice option in SJU. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the reviews!
Headed to SJU for the first time soon. Is this lounge accessible from/close to the Delta gates? From what I've found on Google, there appears to be an airside connector between C and D terminals.

Yes, all of the gates are connected airside, some are a hike though.
