Experienced very good customer care last saturday with Norwegian.
Departing an hour late TOS to OSL put our connection OSL to CPH in danger. Unexpectedly the Norwegian crew saved our week-end by identfying that we and som more passengers would use the very same airplane for our onward journey. They achieved clearance for us to stay onboard during ground stop in OSL and managed to have our luggage identified and reloaded right beside the aircraft. Some other passengers with short transit times in OSL were re-seated to rows 1 and 2 so they could leave the aircraft without delay and probably reached their connecting flights.
Good job for a low-cost carrier!

Norwegian's a great LCC - now that Stirling and their 6 litres of alcohol for 5 is gone, they're the best way to fly if you're not going full-service. And better than a lot of European full service airlines, for that matter.
