But you mentioned, AIRSIDE LIMO TRANSFER. I didn't read that anywhere on their website as part of the service. I am aware of the Chauffer service at your origin and destination. Mind clarifying, same as what Lufthansa does that in germany for its F class?

That is what the lounge dragon said when we arrived. she said "tarmac limo transfer"
just how you board the plane from that I don't know, as there were 3 air bridges attached - maybe they hoist you up and shove you through a window. Enjoy your trip - that is a long time in F - is your liver fit for such a shock ?

I'm kind of in two minds about the fact you can't use the first class lounge or the tarmac limo transfer. From experience of flying first class with other airlines that don't provide a limo tarmac service you basically are crowded onto a hot bus with 230203 other people. It is far from a first class experience. I kind of think Etihad are being a bit stingy not to allow that service for a cash upgrade ticket. The business class lounge is overflowing so it would reduce their crowding concerns, but at the same time there must be some additional benefit that people who paid 10,000 dollars, compared to someone who paid 6400 dollars. As it is, the first class lounge is still exclusive which it should be. I've been in some first class lounges at large international hubs that are quite crowded during peak travel times.
