Beautiful pictures! My only complaint is that I can't jump on a plane and head for Paris this minute. You spoke of all of the places and artists I love. Well, a girl can dream. Thanks for the report.

You are a brave and brilliant lady to have done all that -- and in that period of time, and with coat and bags too. And to have shared it. Have not been in Paris in so long, but you brought it all right back as though I were there with you; found myself strangely moved by your beautiful report. Thank you very, very much.

You are all very kind, thank you for the encouragement! I am so bad at writing trip reports, they take forever as do the photos. This one wasn't too bad because it was so short of a trip.

I have to say, you don't think how heavy a coat, SLR camera and bag, AND messenger bag with "stuff" in it can get after a full day of running. It was like I was carrying an anchor by the time I sunk down into that cab to go back to the hotel.

Ah, it is only two months since I have last been in Paris, and I miss it so much. I wish I could go to sleep tonight and wake up tomorrow in the marais. But keep me away from Pierre Hermes! Will gain 5 pounds just walking by it!
