The VS JFK Clubhouse is bottom of the list above because though nice, it is a business class lounge and therefore understandably nowhere near as good as the others, F lounges at their home airport.
I'm led to believe that the LHR Clubhouse is quite special.

Thank you.
As an aside, I posted this trip report on another site and was contacted by private message by a reader on there. It was the co-pilot on the San Jose to Quepos flight who recognised himself in one of the photos!

That was one of the greatest trip reports I have ever read! I especially liked your choice of pics and insertion at convenient intervals. Fantastic! You make me quite jealous that I've only once (by mistake no less!) made it to CW, and the old one at that, and never really make it out of WT+! Kudos!

If you'd like to upgrade me on my upcoming CO, BA, and LX flights, so I can try to follow in your great trip reporting footsteps, it'd be much appreciated

If only! It would be great to read your reports. This forum can oft be too F&J heavy so something outside the norm is much appreciated.

Thanks for a great trip report! I am doing my first first(iad/lhr/hel)ln about six weeks. I really enjoyed your descripitions of the cabin, seat, food & wine. I also did not realize you could get tbe menu from You First. How far ahead of time can hyou get it? Is it possible to get the wine list too?
Again, thanks for the TR!
