Generic FF Travel Question

first off I'm open to correction about where to post this. It's is FF mileage related but not to just a single program.

I have enough mileage in the various alliances, (One World, Star, Sky Team) for free tickets, but I'm trying to decide which one to prioritize first in time to secure the tickets that I want.

I want to travel from the US east coast to Sapporo Japan ay year from now. I need two tickets. One, a paid ticket in business class and the other a free ticket in either first of business class.

Considering the rapid changes in-progress on the premium seat product my first priority would be for combinations that offer first class suites and/or flat beds in business class and of course availability for a single free ticket combined with a paid fare.

I can see what's going on in today's flights by various searches relative to seats products but without a close relationship with a specific airline I can't anticipate what they will offer on the Pacific routes a year from now.

One question that comes to mind is whether an airline would give any preference to making a FF ticket availble in premium class if one purchases a paid ticket on the same flight?

The second question relates to the better business class seats on the route a year from now. Cabin service is not as important as a flat bed seat is

The third question relates to who has the best first class service with available FF seats in this market this far in advance?
