I think this is an appropriate spot for a general "Thank you!" If not, please move it. My wonderful W mattress arrived this morning prompting this note of thanks. I have learned so much and gained so much from all of you: many extra hotel points, miles, and upgrades; Gold AA status; my new Hyatt Diamond status; my Air Boss with Tom Bihn strap enabling me to carry on only; etc., etc. I have been learning from the masters and appreciate it all. You have truly empowered me and I look forward to a long future of upgrades. THANKS!
