Help! Adv needed - DEN, Washington, or Chicago in Dec

Taking family to Orlando at Xmas. Have 3 bad options - fly from Vancouver with connections either in Denver, Washington, or Chicago. Any thoughts on which might be less likely to have delays due to weather? We have kids with us & only about an hour to connect so REALLY want to avoid missing connections or delays or heaven forbid being stranded...!

If you're really worried about making a connection, why not just make the drive down to SEA and fly nonstop to MCO on AS???

Otherwise, I agree that DEN would be the best. In many years of being DEN based, I very rarely had any problems (They do happen, but they're generally not as bad as ORD...).

I would think Denver would be the least risky.
