do all airlines enforce the same drinking age?

Surprising. yes its' a bit off topic.. but the factors within cabin and on the ground is about the same. If everyone is lax on the ground and in the air, may explain why FA's don't bother checking ID serving alcohol to minors.

I agree, you're either an adult or you aren't. In Canada, it's 18 year of age or older.. I'm surprised the states have it at 21.

In the UK you have to be 21 to drive certain types of road vehicles.

It is 19 in several provinces and territories, include Ontario and BC.But almost everything else is adult at 18. I think those provinces should probably come down to 18 as well.
