The Little Things...
What do you think is the nicest small gestures that you can have onboard or on the ground by the FA/ground personnel that makes you feel appreciated? Or maybe feeling welcomed?
A small thank you note perhaps? A great smile as you are greeted onboard? Captains giving you business cards?
I've always found it very pleasant to be greeted with a 'enjoy your flight' by the ground staff, followed by a nice smile by FAs onboard as I entered the aircraft.
It's the little things that makes flying worth doing sort of things..

The very few flight attendants who still use the passenger manifest and while providing service in F refer to us by name.
I can count on one hand how often I have experienced that in the past 5 years, and I've been flying almost every week and upgraded 90+% of the time for that entire period.
Small detail, big deal (to me).
