Comprehensive booking class list

Comprehensive booking class list
I'm currently working on analyzing a fairly large travel data set (>30000 flights) and would like to be able to identify the class of service for each flight. Unfortunately, there seems to be only limited alignment of booking classes between different airlines, even within an alliance. Mapping only booking class to class of service therefore gives at best adequate results.
For that reason, I am looking for a comprehensive list of airlines' booking classes and the class of service they correspond to. I have found this very nice list for *A, and would like similar data for the rest of the world's airlines. Also, if it were to be available in an easily machine-readable format, that would really make my day.
Any help would be appreciated. =)
