severe RLS help?

Hi all. I'm a frequent flyer and I am also an RLS sufferer. I am currently taking tramadol for symptom relief. I take 50mg-100mg to relieve day and night-time RLS symptoms. Works on mild RLS symptoms but not that much for severe ones. Any other RLS patients who’ve experienced the same? I’m going to check with my doctor as well for further advice.

Hi justhangon. I also have RLS and into ultram. How long have you been on it? I've been on it for a few months now. So far, it's been a good help. I initially get a light-headed feeling 30 mins after I take it. Do you also experience that?
