Knowing what to do in an emertgency
I am so happy everyone emerged alive and intact after yesterday's Hudson River landing. Bravo to the captain and in-control crew.
However, tv interview of survivors immediately after and this morning reveal that passengers seemed vague and unaware of what they were told to do and what they should automatically do to protect themselves on impact.
"We were told to 'tuck and embrace'," said one woman.
"We were told to 'duck and embrace'," said a male survivor.
