Multiple airlines lost luggage problem
Hello,
I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who is at the moment still travelling within India.
She departed US from EWR on a Virgin fight to LHR, where she transferred to a Kingfisher flight to BLR.
Checkin staff at EWR informed her that she would not need to retrieve her baggage and re-check it at LHR.
Luggage has so far (five days later) not arrived at Bangalore. She's been unable to trace it as Virgin and Kingfisher keep bouncing her between each other without progress.
What should she do to speed up the resolution of this problem?
