Delay/cancellation data for a specific flight?
Is there some place that I can check the history of a particular flight in terms of delays and cancellations? Specifically, I am looking for delay/cancellation information about UA 52 which is the daily red-eye from SFO to EWR. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Yes, the Department of Transportation has a good site for this information, searchable by flight number and date range:

You have to register to get historic information, but its free.
They are currently showing the 'On time Arrival performance' for UA 52 as:
On-time 28 45%
Late 7 11%
Very Late 7 11%
Excessive 18 29%
Cancelled 2 3%
Diverted 0 0%
Total Flights 62
and an average delay of 59.0 minutes which they rate as 'very poor'

Yikes! That doesn't give me a very warm and comfortable feeling! The Department of Transportation site also mirrors this record.
