A380 window seats
I know that there is only one A380 operator - but two other airlines plan to start soon and some cabin specifications have been released.
Is a lower deck window seat (non-suite) comfortable?
The sidewalls slope outwards above, unlike on the other widebodies.
Is it feasible to lean against fuselage sidewall, or does it cause the passenger to slip into the seat behind?
Is it possible to make the window seatback wider so as to close the gap before wall? Singapore does not do so - but will Emirates or Qantas?
Also, does the outward sloping sidewall offer better views from windows downwards?

when it comes travelling on the SIA A380 SUITES .....and thats onlly available on lower deck ... currently at least..... its a world of its own.... sloping fuselage notwithstanding......but i wouldnt but unless you own the reserve bank .....it would be hard to justify travelling in it .....and it has a horrible light brown leather which already looks old and tired. .
my economy.... aisle / window/ upper/lower decks .....from SIN to LHR to SIN to SYD and back to SIN and then TYO was to say the least a horrible torture......felt like a bus ride with canteen style service to match...somehow i still prefer the 747400 economy or for that matter the 777 long haul and A340........
the better value and product for the SIA A380 is their busines class.........now if only they couold increase the number of toilets esp in Y class.
