Hop on a travel site and see what your options are. Once you narrow those down, then post with more details. You don't expect FT'ers to do the legwork for you do you? 
My guess is that NW is probably your best bet given that they fly to AMS and partner with DL.

Your best bets are Northwest/KLM or Delta/Alitalia; mind you they ALL connect within the U.S.
They are all codeshares. If you don't mind driving, you are better off taking the Delta non-stop from Miami to Amsterdam. Safe travels!
