Pillows
I was wondering what the general thoughts were about people bringing their own pillows on say red eye flights? I've seen a few people do this and thought it might be a good idea since the ones provided aren't that great for sleeping on. But then there is the space issue and totting it through TSA. Cause you know that case or feathers...

pillows...good
I have never been one for the pillow myself, until my latest flight. DFW-NRT-BKK. Exit row windows for each leg. Cram the pillow by the window, stretch out and sleep or watch a movie on my computer (using the seat power). Even on a full flight, the pillow didn't count as an extra carry on. Plus, if you need to stow it, it mashes up and fits just about anywhere. So, bring your pillow. sleep well.

I would reckon the gentlemen referred to in this thread probably sees the benefits and comforts that pillows can add to your flight

No, thanks. I am already used the pillows onboard during international flights to/from TLV. When I got pillows in F Class coming home from FLL-ATL-PHX. It was only for F class for domestic USA by DL flights but, there are no pillows in Y class for domestic flights this time.
