Four-Wheeled Rollaboards - Experiences?

I will soon be in the market for new carry-on luggage, and before making my purchase I wanted to hear people's experiences with four-wheeled rollaboards. They seem effortless, but I was wondering about any unexpected drawbacks.

Thanks in advance!

I have had the Delsey Mobility for years and loved it. The only drawback was the weight (actually it was about the same as most other rollaboards). The polycarbonates are much lighter now and they also have better wheels now. I had 4 wheel from the very beginning and can't imagine why anyone would want anything but 4 wheel! It is so much easier on your back and your body. Also, try to get luggage with a ratcheting handle.

Just travelled with a four-wheel Brookstone "Dash"

http://www.brookstone.com/store/prod...ry&prodtemp=t1

Loved it, but it is a bit small for some trips.

Great to be able to "walk" my bag in addition to drag it.

Not sure how the wheels will hold up, but then i was only US$70

I second the above about Delsey. They make awesome products and I just wish their entire line was available in the USA.

I have a bad back and find them fabulous, You can walk your luggage through without even knowing you have it, The very best thing is that you can turn the bag through 90 degrees and push it down a plane aisle without any effort at all, mine are only cheapies from TK maxx (or TJ maxx in the US) but I do like them

What is a 'ratcheting handle?'
