I have seen so many children vomitting I don't even count it any more.
But the most disgusting thing, bar none..was on a WN flight (naturally!) in which not only did a woman change a crappy diaper right there in the seat..but placed the soiled diaper INTO THE SEATBACK POCKET.

DL flight from ATL to DFW. Guy across the aisle had a laptop and spent much of flight watching fat people porn. I tried my best to look the other way afterward, but I had already saw more than I cared to (in more ways than one).

Extended, graphic discussion of onboard dalliance, while entertaining, isn't appropriate in the forum and the posts have been deleted. Ocn Vw 1K, Moderator.

My biggest peave:
All of those lazy people out there who think it hip and ok to wear slippers or "havaiana" sandals to go through TSA screening quickly. Americans are the biggest offenders.
I have something to say to you: IF YOU HAVE NAIL FUNGUS OR YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN A CLIPPER, GO TO YOUR NEAREST NAIL SALON (PLENTY OF THEM IN EVERY CITY) AND JUST GET A PEDICURE!!!!! IT IS NOT THAT EXPENSIVE.
There is nothing more disgusting than seeing nail fungus or severely unkempt, smelly feet next to you in an airplane. AND YES, it happens in Business and First Class too! I have also seen the worst looking bunyons.
COME ON PEOPLE, JUST GET SOME MOCCASINS!!
yuk!

A passenger tries to load his bag into the over-head bin on a domestic flight in Taiwan when it suddenly pops open and a whole load of dead fish desends upon the surrunding passangers. The foul smell remained for the rest of the flight.
A passenger jacking off in F until the cabin crew fetches the captain.
Chinese passengers spitting bones and other undefined meal bits into the isle. Happens quite often on domestic routes in China.
And the most disgusting thing: a guy watching American Idol on his laptop...

As much as that is disgusting, it is super funny.

My worst?
I watched a DL FA sneeze in a drink in the galley and then serve it to a passenger. That was a first...and a last flight for me on DL

I saw a woman put creamers into her tea, then lemon, which caused the cream to curdle. It was like a raft of wet runny cottage cheese on the surface of the tea. She then drank it. Really grossed me out.
Also saw a woman change the baby's diaper on the tray table, miss a little spot of debris that landed on the tray table, and stow the table for the next unfortunate passenger to find the poo. She stashed the dirty diaper in her big giant purse and stuck it in the overhead bin.
Last but not least: on a Northwest plane a few years back, in F, I pulled out the tray table from the armrest-storage slot, unfolded it and was staring at the caked-on evidence of some former passenger's airsickness. Lots of it, very chunky, very dry and very stinky. The flight was full, nowhere to move me to in either cabin, so the FA tried her best to soak the mess off with water and scrub it with paper towels but that just rehydrated the mess and made it worse. I don't miss Northwest.

Last week on a flight - in first - seatmate used paper coffee cup for his tobacco drippings and would leave it sitting on console. I spent the whole flight facing window and skipping dinner!
