Hi Folks
We are taking our parents on vacation on their 40th wedding anniversary. Its 8 of us and we were wondering if we could find a nice ranch cabin - we live in the SF Bay Area - their thing is to be in the middle of nowehere on a ranch - and enjoy the great outdoors - some outdoor activities for adults and kids (boating, bicycling, horse riding etc) would be a plus.
Any suggestions? We want to venture out of CA - but not way too far - but somewhere West. I checked some airfares into Bozeman and Jackson Hole, WY - but they are too expensive.
Can someone help us identify a place which seemingly is in the midle of nowhere, still not too far away from CA and which has airfares upto $200 (give and take a few) - with some exciting activities. I know I am asking for a whole lot - but that's what we are looking for - we know America has all that to offer and lots more.
Oh , btw, we are traveling apprx 10/4-10/12.
Thanks a bunch!!
