The problem with using this thread is that it is over seven years old and so many years of data is missing, or unreliable, esp. with airline lounge location changes and third-party lounges coming in to add to or supplant existing airline-branded lounges.

Because FlyerTalk etiquette disfavors bumping up very old threads for the very reasons seen here -- missing or inaccurate data -- I'm going to close this thread and suggest that lounge information be accessed via the FT individual airline or alliance forums where you'll find far more up-to-date info and possibly with wikis already started.
