4 - I'm a bit bad about the overhead bag but taking my seatbelt off 3 seconds before stopping?
|
I scored a 2:D
|
10/24
|
6 out of 12. I'm a borderline arse.
I don't disagree with that assessment. :) |

2. I have been known to take off my shoes on a long flight and I unbuckle before the plane comes to a complete stop.

O to 2 - If your answers are true, you are a flying angel, not a flying arse. I hope to see you on my next flight. I do not help others with their luggage... if you cannot handle it yourself, then check it. I also unbuckle my seatbelt on occasion before we have parked. But, otherwise, a pretty good frequent flier! |
0/24. I would think maybe I am more of a throw rug than an angel.
|
5/24 But some of them are borderline.
If I really need to use the lav and we're in level flight, no turbulence for 30 minutes, and the captain hasn't turned off the sign, I'll get up and go rather than the alternative. With my kids, I try to clean up the general area, but I'm not down on my hands and knees picking up every crumb. Carry-on? OK, my rollaboard is 2" over in one dimension, but fits every overhead known to man, including an E70. Guilty. Help you with your bag? Elderly, injured, etc.? OK. Poor little miss that packed a bag of bricks on a 30x20x10 "carry-on" - uh, no. |

Me, too: 2/24. A carry-on is not a carry-on if you (or one in your party) cannot lift it into the overhead. I'm also guilty of making the lav run when the seatbelt sign in on. (Not to beat the crowd, I just need to make the run sometimes.)
So yeah, i am borderline. |
16. I'll work on getting the others :)
|
Scored a 2
I confess...I am an armrest hog. I also unbuckle my seatbelt before the plane gets to the gate. I think the latter is a Detroit thing. Only on landing here do I hear a lot of those clicks, a lot fewer at other airports. |
3 to 5. I like the armrest. The other ones I got dinged on don't strike me as arse-worthy.

I scored 1/24 - this is also the one that I don't agree with.
If it's an elderly person who obviously needs help in getting their small bag up, no problem... but if it's someone who overpacked and was unwilling to check something that large, they should deal with it. I'm not throwing out my back because you decided to throw all that extra stuff in your bag... On another note, I had a 6: seatbelt, shoes (occasionally), window(occasionally) and I forget the others. |
