In the case of Airbus, you just lower the price and get them to order more...

1) Fair enough but does it matter how many other people are on board?
2) Boarding and disembarking will be the same if not faster than a 747 with most airports installing 3 air bridges. 2 for the main deck and 1 for the upper deck. 737/767 can take just as long to disembark too.
3) Yes I agree this could be a problem, hopefully the airports will be prepared for this.
4) Again hopefully the airports are prepared, but easily to implement by using one claim for First and Business class and one for economy.

I wouldn't mind flying on an A380 once. Of course SQ FC would be the one time that I'd want to fly on it. Or I suppose on Emirates.
