Finding out flight details of the past?
Hi everyone,
i have searched but not found an answer: Is there any way to find out flight details of flights in the past (preferably online)? For example what type of plane operated a LH flight MUC-FRA on a certain date back in 2005?

www.flightstats.com
Sign up for a free account.
Go to Flights -> Historical Flights Report.
You will need the flight number, but the database certainly goes back to 2005.

for most of the information you don't even need an account, e.g. http://www.flightstats.com/go/Flight...-05-15&x=0&y=0

There are some sites that keep even more information (airplane registration, for example) and date further back than 2005, but they are geo-specific.
