checkmytrip.com not up to date?

Yesterday I called my TA to rebook a ff F tix. Original date is 29thApril and I wanted to reschedule it to a date in the future.
TA changed the dates within seconds.

Now, when I log in to checkmytrip with my Amadeus booking code, my flight has correctly been changed to the new date in Summer. But the old one (29th) April is still there as well.
Both flights are listed as confirmed.
Is this normal? Why is the old flight still in the system? Should I give my TA a call?

Thanks for you clarifications.

Problem solved. I called my TA and he canceled the flights scheduled on April 29th.
The thing was that he just didn't cancel the old flights as szg has correctly pointed out.
I didn't know that you can hold 2 confirmed flights on different dates. Is that the rule?

That is the "rule" and it can trip up the system causing both to be cancelled, but nothing prevents both from being booked in the same reservation, they just can't rightfully both stay there for very long without an issue.
