Depends on what kind of round the world ticket you are looking for.
Info on award tickets are best found in the FFP's forum, since rules vary significantly from one program to another.
Info on paid alliance RTWs are best found in the alliance forums. There is a wealth of information and knowledge, from detailed fare rules and arcane knowledge on differing interpretations applied, to where the best fares are, to best routes for service / maximising mileage and status earning / etc.
Info on paid non-alliance RTWs are best found in the relevant airline forums. This info is perhaps the hardest to find if you don't already have knowledge on available airline combinations, since hard to know where to start looking. For example the UA/EK RTW is mostly posted in EK forum, the SQ/VS/NZ RTW in the SQ forum. There are many hundreds (if not thousands) of different combinations - some useless for FFers and others very good.
