I have heard of them, since their offices are in Panama City Beach, FL. Unfortunatley I have no experience with using them. If its any help, I know that they have been around for a few years; their name has been on the office building for as long as I can remember......

My friend used them to get a very good rate at a nice hotel during a busy conference time. No problems at all with the reservation.

I've noticed that they've recently started appearing on travelzoo deals as well.
