Airline Strikes
If an airline has a strike and cancels flights, should you:
Make other arrangments yourself?
Change dates for a non strike day, even though this will cost you more money for accommodation etc?
Just turn up on the day and ask them to sort it out?
Not sure what the airlines liability is in this case.

When you have to travel and you can change the date, it is the best to book ourself on an other carrier. Maybe you can reclaim your costs at the airline.
Or you have to call the airline and asked them about, what they are doing to get you from A to B.

Or if one folds, (like MarkAir), it really sucks. Once was in ATL with my family, and they went under, and got stuck in SEA, (had to get alternate tix to ANC).
