AF Priority tags work well. Was very impressed at how quickly my baggage showed up on the carousel. It was very clear that the F & J PaX' baggage was considered Priority

My last FRA-ORD UA flight bags came out first. However, back in August, ORD-FRA-FCO LH flight bags were missing for 4 days.

Most of the time the priority tags seem to work pretty well, especially in the USA. ^ I seem to remember waiting quite a while for bags in both ZRH and FRA.

agree. bags were sitting next to the carousel in an area marked "priority bags" in delhi by the time i got through immigration.

but for NW, good luck. priority tags mean nothing to them in the united states. it appears somewhat helpful internationally.

I have found NW to be very airport dependent - out first 4 for 4 in BOS in the past year, but 0 for many at MHT.

I travel to Frankfurt several times a year in C on UA and I have yet to observe any advantage of a "priority" baggage take in FRA.

"Priority" baggage is probably actually my biggest peeve whilst flying. I fly J int'l mostly and am QF Gold/AA Plat and only fly OW. The only times in the past 20 flights where my bags could be considered priority were flying F into NRT on CX. I seem to have a minimum 30 min wait for my bags wherever I am - its not so much fun
