Good (pilot?) maps of airport arrival/departure paths

My limited searches don't come up with anything good. I've gotten more curious because since I've moved, I see from my backyard what are clearly planes coming from the Pac NW to OAK, and also the OAK 27 departures turning eastbound. But I see more off a bit in the distance and of course, instead of pondering life's more important questions, wonder "did that just take off from SFO 1 L or R? Thanks.

Suggest you do a google search. Here is one resource I use for your initial review: http://www.ultimateaviationlinks.com/maps.php Of course you can purchase pilot flight maps from any flight school in your area for any part of the US. I have a few I use myself for fun only as I am not a pilot. The ones I purchased are really nice, relatively inexpensive, and cover the airports that I am most interested in.

Have fun.
