going to buenos aires

my wife and I are traveling to B.A. in the fall. Are there any suggestions on how to increase the potential to upgrade to first class, either via FF miles or cash and still keep the fares in an earthly orbit. k.

oops!

Sorry, We live in Roanoke, Va. I assume that leaving from Dulles (IAD) would be the best option to begin with. k.

IAD to Buenos Aires

I just made this trip on United and while we paid $1100 RT each to travel in their Winter--(it was still great btw), I traded for 4 SWU vouchers which got us both upgraded to C class and it was WELL WORTH it. Got greta full meals, comfy huge seats and I slept about 7 hrs each way! Just try

Absolutely not worth it to travel F from IAD to EZE in United. C class is almost the same, dont go for it! Do a search and check for differences between F and C class in UA 767-300...

The winter in EZE is mild and still quite nice. In general EZE is a nice destination from the US (especially east coast) because of the minimal time change.
