Smile TGV Station location

I am arriving with my family (2 small kids) to CDG, Terminal 1 on QR at 19:00 hrs. Could some one advise me if the TGV station is anywhere close by, how do I get there? I need to catch the train for Lourdes at 21:30 hrs and don't wanna miss it

Are you catching the train from the airport TGV station, or from Paris-Montparnasse?

Assuming you're leaving from the TGV station at the airport, you'll need to take the free shuttle from CDG1 to CDG2. You should have plenty of time, but not necessarily time to spare...

If you need to take the TGV at Montparnasse, Gare du Nord or Gare de Lyon, then you might need to reconsider staying one night in Paris and take the morning train to Lourdes...

BTW, Welcome to FT!!

Have you got reservations on a train thal leaves CDG station at 2148 ? This is an RER local train across Paris to Massy. It gets to Massy at 2253, then the TGV leaves there 5 minutes later at 2258 to travel overnight to Lourdes, arrival 0646 next morning.

This train starts out from Paris Montparnasse station in the centre of Paris but the connection in the southern suburbs at Massy is the most effective one from CDG.

The RER is a frequent local service, if you leave CDG earlier you will have a bit more time for the connection.

Here's a link to the CDG website, where you can see terminal maps. Here's a link that describes various ways of getting from CDG to Montparnasse.
