Info On Passport

Hi:

Am just wondering what info is contained on our passports that we dont see, just the immigration agent can see. For example I am a naturalized citizen rather than a born citizen, on my passport it shows my place of birth as being the country I was born in, but most people done even notice that.

I always wonder if the immigration agent sees that I am a naturalized citizen more prominently on his computer when he scans my passport or if there is anything else he sees that is not clearly visible on my ID page on passport

I'm not a naturalized citizen, but my parents are. I also wasn't born in the US.

One time at LAX, the border agent asked me "How were you born in _____?" Huh? What kind of a question is that?

I think they can see your arrivals to the US and other stuff. But they definately don't want you to see what they can see (the screens can only be seen from one side).
