Cooking Holiday

I'd quite like to go on a holiday which is also a cooking course this year, and I wondered whether anyone had any suggestions?

I'm London based, and am thinking of France or Italy, although could be tempted further afield - Thailand maybe.

I've found this place online: http://www.holidayonthemenu.com/ and wondered if anyone had used them, or had any recommendations?

Ideally, one without a huge single person supplement would be good. Also, many of the photos of participants on these sites seem to be a little older than me. While I enjoy the company of all ages, it'd be nice not to be the only person under 40...
