Fire Plane?

Fire Plane?
I snapped a few pictures of this fake plane on a trailer just outside of MCI this morning. Does anybody know what it is? It looked like something the aiport fire department uses for training. Any additional info is appreciated.

Airport fire departments use these dummy aircraft for thier daily drills. The FDs roll out and put out the aircraft which is lit up every day, sometimes twice a day.
